Mountain Climbers w/ Sliding Feet
This exercise will burn off lots of fat while giving your legs and abs a good workout.
First, get on the ground in the Mountain Climber position. Then, with a slick surface on your feet, perform Mountain climbers by pumping your legs straight back in an alternating manner.
Perform this exercise quickly to get the most burn, and set the timer for 30 seconds to begin and increase more if possible.
