Today’s exercise is…
Leg Lifts

Leg lifts are a great way to strengthen your lower abs. This exercise is especially good to do after running because it uses similar muscles.

To perform a leg lift all you have to do is lie down on your back, straighten your legs, and lift them up.

Amount of Reps:
Easy: 10 lifts
Medium: 20 lifts
Hard: 30 lifts
