Six-Pack Exercise of the Day


Today’s Exercise of the Day:

Planks

This exercise is a big fat burner and you will feel the results in your abs.

It is very easy, and all you have to do is lay straight out and lift yourself up on your elbows. Then keep your body straight as possible and you are performing a plank.

Time:

Easy: 30 seconds

Medium: 1 minute

Hard: 1.5 minutes
