Six-Pack Exercise of the Day

Today’s Exercise is:


This exercise is great for upper and lower ab sections and will truly test your strength. 

Start by extending your arms and legs straight out, and then bring them both up until they meet in the middle. This is one rep. Repeat these for the amount or reps listed by intensity.

Easy: 10 

Medium: 15

Hard: 25
