Six-Pack Exercise of the Day


Today’s Exercise is:

Weighted Sit-Ups

This exercise targets the upper and middle sections of your abs the most.

To perform a weighted sit-up, all you have to do is hold a weight while you do the exercise. The weight that you hold can vary between 5-45 lbs depending on your level.

Here are the Recommended Weights for each level

Easy: 5-15 lbs.

Medium: 15-25 lbs.

Hard: 25-45.

Perform the exercise until you can’t perform any more sit-ups.
