This exercise is great to solidify all the ab sections. This is a great six-pack exercise and can be done just about anywhere. You can even add weights or a medicine ball to increase the difficulty.
To perform this exercise you begin by sitting on the floor straight up. Then you bend your legs and bring them off the ground. Now the twist comes in and you twist from side to side.
